Returns

We know you'll love our products, but in the event that an item does not meet your liking, it may be returned if it is unworn and unwashed and in its original box with or plastic wrap with all tags still attached.  You may return an item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.  Please email us for making arrangements to return or exchange a product at customerservice@chozenbc.com or call us at 248-547-1212. We pay for postage for the new exchanged item to be shipped to you, but you pay for postage to ship the item you want to return to us.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). You will receive a notice via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

When you exchange an item please make sure that:

  • The item is unworn and unwashed and in its original box with or plastic wrap with all tags still attached
  • It is sent back to us within 30 days of purchase
  • Copy of sales receipt is included with your exchange
  • What you are exchanging the item for (sku/product code, color, size)
